If you are updating from version 2017.1, follow these steps: On each client computer, the Fishbowl Client will automatically update the first time you run Fishbowl.
Run the Fishbowl Server and wait until the database update is complete. Install the new version of Fishbowl on your server computer.If you have images or custom reports, you'll want to make a copy of those as well. Make a copy of your database (usually located in the './database/data' folder in the Fishbowl directory).On your server computer, close the Fishbowl Client and exit the Fishbowl Server.If you are updating from version 2016.14 or older, follow these steps:
